Annual Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade

FREE to the public. The boat parade will light up the harbor for five consecutive nights. The parade starts at Collins Island at 6:30 p.m. and will last approximately two and a half hours. Providing the backdrop for the parade is the Ring of Lights waterfront home and business decorating competition. FREE for spectators, entry fee for participating boats.

Newport Landing Sportfishing also offers cruises to give spectators the oppurtunity to actually participate in the parade, instead of just watching it from the sidelines!

The harbor is full of boats adorned in red-white-&-blue with engines purring, flags unfurled, Sousa marches blaring, as the lead Newport Beach Harbor Patrol’s red fire boat turns on the firewater monitor announcing the beginning of the time-honored Old Glory Boat Parade.
