Three-day event that consists of costume contests,
live entertainment, a craft fair, fabulous food,
fun rides, game booths and much more. The Halloween
Parade has been an Anaheim tradition since 1924,
when baseball legend Babe Ruth was honored as
the Grand Marshal of the celebration.

for kids ages 3-11.

Special Advocates (CASA). CASA works to break

Interpretive
Association will once again host Doheny's Halloween
Haunt. A section of the campground will be transformed
into a spooky area with a variety of educational
booths on animals such as spiders, sharks, venomous
marine animals, bats, etc. that many people are
afraid of. By answering a question at one of the
interpretive booths not only do guests learn about
animals they may consider scary, but they'll earn
a card for snacks or to use in the game area.
This
event is completely free, and the ten dollar parking
fee is waived for the event. Each person is asked
to donate one non-perishable food item which will
be given to a local food bank!

Fullerton Walking Tours
Wednesdays and Thursdays Sept. 17 through Nov.
6, 6 p.m. (lasting about 2 ½ hours)
Did you know Fullerton is one of the most haunted
cities around? Ghosts are lurking at every corner.
Take this tour and find out what businesses have
pots and pans flying around after hours, what
famous deceased Fullertonian makes an “appearance”
now and then, and where the spirits like to have
a beer or two. Don’t miss out on a hauntingly
good time!
“Ghost hunters” should be prepared to walk approximately
1.5 miles, and the tours will include climbing
stairs. Participants should wear comfortable walking
shoes and bring a sense of humor with them. The
tour is not recommended for children under 13.

for museum members; $18 for the general public.

Garden at the Arboretum

Tours for this popular event start at 6:30
p.m. and end at 9:15 p.m. both nights.
Watch
out for bats & bullfrogs, vampires & vermin, ghosts,
goblins and ghouls. Follow Count Dracula and Friends
of Frankenstein for a scary trip down garden paths
into the deciduous forest and on to the Haunters’
Ball for refreshments and fun.
Haunted
Garden will feature again this year a less spooky
“Younger Children’s Costume Party” on Saturday,
October 25th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. for children
3-5 years of age. The afternoon will include a
daytime walk through the Haunted Garden, costume
parade, crafts, fun and refreshments. The cost
for the afternoon activities is $5.00 per child.

elaborate yard display in Irvine, BOOT HILL rises
from the fog for it's 8th year to inhabit the
residence at 16 Goldenrod. The unearthly spirits
from the old west town of Bridgewood will materialize
for four short nights, transforming the residence
at 16 Goldenrod into the old church and cemetary
that once occupied the land. Come if you dare...but
beware the ghost of Jedediah Smith, he has been
known to roam through the decaying grounds of
Boot Hill.

haunted house called The Pirates of Frontier.
This multi-room haunt is safe for all ages (we
adapt the tour for the young'ens) and it features
Redbeard's Saloon, the Pirate Dungeon, outdoor
graveyard and elaborate shipwreck scene. As you
approach the house from down the street, you can't
miss the old rusty shack that serves as the entrance
to The Pirates of Frontier. The haunt is free,
but we are accepting $2 donations with all proceeds
benefitting the Second Harvest Food Bank.
