Balboa Beach - West Jetty View Park

Location:
On the tip of Balboa Peninsula, at the end of Channel Road in Balboa.

Highlights:
Balboa Peninsula is a good place to play on the sand or ride the waves. The boardwalk is a great place to take a stroll and people watch. Bike and skate rentals are widely available.

On the southern most tip of the Peninsula, is 'the wedge' known as one of the toughest bodysurfing spots. Caution is advised for those going out - the conditions can be rough, and are advised for experienced bodysurfers and swimmers.

6 am to 10 pm.
