Predicting Your Future Face…and Turning Back the Clock TODAY!

The two key ways I tell people how to predict their future face are:

1. Look at the parent you resemble most. You will probably inherit many of the same wrinkles and sun damage.
2. Look in the mirror and make your expressions (smile, frown, etc). Where you see the lines for those expressions is where you will probably form wrinkles.

When you do BOTH, you will instantly know where you can target to help PREVENT those wrinkles from occurring.

Ways YOU can start turning back the clock TODAY:

1. Remember, it is always easier to prevent than to treat. Get started NOW, rather than when you already have lots of damage.
2. Target your "problem areas" and invest in a quality product to get the results you want-remember there are a lot of fillers in the lower quality products. You want products with active ingredients-not a lot of fillers. For instance, if you can tell that you're going to have lots of wrinkles around your eyes, it is a good idea to invest in a great anti-aging eye cream.
3. Get facial treatments at least once a month-people get their hair and nails done, why not the one feature that is going to be most noticeable for their entire life?
4. Have a professional evaluate your skin-with so many choices, it is difficult to determine what is really right for you. Ask a professional!
5. When using a serum, DON'T put it in the palm of your hand to apply!! Put it on the back of your hand or your neck area and use as a palette-rub in the leftovers. Don't stop at the face!! Whatever you do to your face, do to your neck and décolleté!
6. Try a light chemical peel for a deeper exfoliation at least once a month. Starting the right chemical exfoliation maintenance program can give you tremendous results over time-this is a great alternative for people who don't want to get injections or surgery.
7. Use only mineral makeup for antioxidants and sun protection. I always wonder why people don't use mineral makeup. With mineral makeup you get the same color choices, the same price as the department store and all the benefits of antioxidants and sun protection. For me, there is no other choice.
