Operation
Esperanza
Since
1989, Operacion Esperanza, (translation: Operation
Hope) Lake Forest, CA, a non-profit (501) (c),
all volunteer, all medical team has performed
almost 1,400 free facial reconstructive surgeries
for Ecuadorian children in need. For $250, the
cost of one surgery, a child receives a beautiful
smile that is priceless! These surgeries would
equate to more than a million U.S. dollars in
free medical care.

Surfrider
Foundation
The
Surfrider Foundation is a grassroots, non-profit,
environmental organization that works to protect
our oceans, waves, and beaches. Founded in 1984,
Surfrider Foundation's most important coastal
environmental work is carried out by Surfrider
Foundation's 60 chapters located along the East,
West, Gulf, Puerto Rican, and Hawaiian coasts.
There
are all kinds of volunteer activities to do, from
beach cleanups to water testing to educational
presentations to writing newsletters to attending
city council meetings to many other things.

Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach, Laguna
Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Capistrano
Beach and San Clemente, CA. Regularly scheduled
meetings are hel within these cities.

in 108 countries. The Orange County Area of Narcotics
Anonymous serves Buena Park, La Habra, Brea, Fullerton,
Los Alamitos, Cypress, Yorba Linda, Placentia,
Anaheim, Stanton, Garden Grove, Westminster, Orange,
Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach,
Tustin, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine. They
hold regularly scheduled meetings within these
cities.
