Located on an old flood control basin and known as the lowest point in the city. Rather than leave this lot as an empty basin, Cypress chose to make this area into a nature park so that visitors could observe and interact with nature. The park is open during the summer months as posted. During the winter months the park is open for scheduled educational tours on a limited basis. To find out more about tours call (714)229-6780.
